Yoga bullet 21 April 2003

I bought a yoga video a few weeks ago but I only just watched it this past Wednesday. It is supposed to be for stress relief and my doctor said it would be good for my back pain. My mom’s physical therapist said the same. So I figured what the hell, I’ll try it.

Ha! No wonder it is so good on my back…sheesh! I didn’t realize how bad my back was till I tried following their simple routine. Just lifting my arms over my head made my back hurt. I know if I keep doing the routines, my back will start to feel infinitely better, but till then, ouch!

Of course it relieves stress, you don’t think about anything else but the stabbing pain in your back.

Yoga is definitely not as easy as it sometimes looks. Always heard good things about it though!

Yoga is good for you. I had a friend get me started, I just need a push to get going again :-)
