I just have to post an early congrats to Heather, who is off to the hospital for induced labor. I wish her and John all the best and look forward to a possible photo of the little one.

In other news, my husband’s boss has taken a job elsewhere. So there will be changes to his department. Hopefully they will be good changes that my husband can live with. If not, he’ll be looking for another job. Remember all that stress he had last Christmas. Well, if the changes are not good, he’ll be in that kind of stress again. Of hating his job and wanting to quit. I hope whatever happens is something he can deal with until he finds something else and won’t be the mess that eats him up like before. I’m crossing my fingers. He said there may be some hope, so I’m hanging on that thread till we hear what exactly will be happening now that the boss is leaving.

I do think it’s great for the boss. He’s a great guy and after just having a baby in December, he deserves a job where he’ll be able to spend more time with his wife and son. This new job sounds like just the thing, so I congratulate him, even though it may throw a wrench in our lives.
