It’s Payback

We are off to Florida to visit with family for the holidays. It will be a chance to see family that I haven’t seen in several years and to meet my sister’s new boyfriend, the one she met in Spain.

I have been requested to bring my wedding album so that I can show family. We are also taking down a computer for the in-laws.

Last year, a friend gave my MIL a photomosaic puzzle that had us in fits the entire time we were there. We were determined to finish it before we came back home, so my husband and I stayed up till 4 am on New Years Day, but we finished it. So for the headache this friend caused, I have a puzzle box that has 3 different puzzles in it. The three came together in the box but were individually wrapped. I completed each puzzle and put it aside. Once done, I took a photo of the 3 completed puzzles and broke them down. But I put all the pieces in the box together. You think, “not too bad,” but they all have the same color backing, and the shapes are similar, so you have to solely go by the portion of the picture that is on that piece to determine which of the three puzzles that piece belongs to. It’s payback for the horrendous photomosaic dolphin that we did last year. It’s kind of disappointing to know that she will probably never attempt the challenge we will present her. But the idea of it, it so pleasing.
