This is a plea. A plea for some sort of relief and hopefully a resolution.
The roaring in my ear is becoming unbearable. It’s so loud it makes me somewhat light headed. It hurts my ear and sounds vibrate my head. I feel like I’ve shoved a pillow full of cotton up my ear.
I began my exercising in earnest on Saturday. My workout that morning was way too intense. I thought it would be easy but I couldn’t finish. I got so sick I was severely nauseous. That’s never happened to me before. But once I recovered, my tinnitus went from a loud roaring to a distinct ringing and it was tolerable. There were times throughout the day I didn’t even notice it.
Yesterday I did a 3-mile run. A bit much, but besides getting stiff (I did stretch afterwards), I felt ok. For a few hours I didn’t even notice the ringing. It was almost gone.
But as the afternoon went on, the roaring gradually came back. By dinner time it was bothersome. By bedtime, I was antsy for relief and worried it would keep my from falling asleep.
This morning it’s so much worse. I’m getting desperate to find the cause. My blood pressure last night was 118/78. So my diuretics are working. But there has to be a good reason for this horrible tinnitus.
So I am throwing out a plea for relief to the listening universe. There has to be something out there that could help me.
